Table One vs. DoorDash / Uber Eats
Keep your customers. Keep your drivers. Keep your money.
DoorDash and Uber Eats charge 15–30% commission on every order. On a $30 order that is up to $9 gone before food cost.
They also own the relationship. Their app, their data, their brand on the bag. When that customer wants your pizza again, they open DoorDash — not your website.
Table One is the opposite arrangement. Your website, your brand, your customer list, your drivers. You pay cents per order rather than a slice of every ticket.

The money is not close
A shop doing $10,000 a month in online orders saves roughly $2,000–$3,000 a month against marketplace commission. That is a person's wages.
The customer is yours
You get the order, the name, the phone number and the email. Nobody rents your regulars back to you.
Your drivers, your tips
On Pro, your driver's own phone takes the card at the door. No marketplace courier, no per-delivery fee, tips go where they should.

The honest part
Marketplaces genuinely bring you new customers, and that is what the commission actually buys. Our honest advice: keep a listing if it is working for discovery, but move your regulars to ordering direct. Every regular who switches saves you a quarter of every order they will ever place. Put “order direct” on the boxes, the bags and the counter — we give you the materials to do it.
