These numbers are not final yet

Table One has not launched. The monthly figures above are what we intend to charge, and the per-order fee is still being checked against real payment-processing costs — so treat it as a plan, not a quote. Pilot shops get founder pricing in writing before anything is charged. The one thing that will not change: it stays cents per order, never a percentage, and your customers are never charged a platform fee.

What we never charge for

This is the whole argument against the platforms that cost four times as much.

  • A fee on your customers

Owner.com adds 5% at checkout. A $33 order lands near $40. When ordering direct costs the same as DoorDash, your customers go back to DoorDash.

  • A setup fee

ChowNow charges $119–$499 to get started. Owner.com around $1,000. We charge nothing and you are live the same day.

  • A percentage of the ticket

The whole point. Your $40 family order and your $12 lunch cost you the same few cents.

  • A contract

Month to month. If it stops earning its keep, leave.
